How long will my order take?

As each garment is handmade to order, production frame time is 2 weeks from the date of your order. 

We use Royal Mail to deliver your order which will require a signature upon delivery and is a trackable service that takes 2-3 working days.

How can I pay?

We accept Visa, American Express, PayPal, MasterCard, Google Pay, Apple Pay. 

Can I cancel or amend my order?

As each purchase is made-to-order and we do not carry any stock, we may not be able to cancel or amend your order as the production may have already began. If you think you need to cancel or amend your order please email info@harlowandelle.co.uk and we can try and assist you. 

Will you be restocking items that have gone out of stock?

Each of our capsule collections are designed with limited quantities to maintain exclusivity, therefore may only be available for short periods of time. This is due to the way we source our fabrics and depends on the availability from our suppliers.

Please contact us if you require more information on your desired item or fabric choice. 

Where is my order?

If you think that the production period and delivery time has passed and you still have not received your order email info@harlowandelle.co.uk and we can assist you.

I have received the wrong item, what can I do?

In the unlikely event that this would happen please email info@harlowandelle.co.uk and we will resolve the situation as soon as possible. 

My item has came and it is damaged! What can I do?

Please email info@harlowandelle.co.uk and we will get back to you as soon as possible to resolve this.

How do I wash my item?

We recommend a delicate hand wash due to the nature of the fabrics to ensure your garment stays beautiful forever. Please also be careful when wearing jewellery and accessories that could snag the fabric as we will be unable to accept a return as faulty due to this. 

How do I return an item?

Have you received my return? 

Please contact your chosen courier to track your return. If you haven't heard from us after 10 working days of sending your parcel back to us, get in touch below with your proof of return. Please note if you have not retained proof of postage we will be unable to assist you.
